Horizon Residence Maintenance Company prides itself on maintaining a clean, green, modern looking residential property no matter the season or situation. We effectively manage a collective annual fee from all owners to cleaning and maintain all the communal spaces, including the swimming pools, gym, gardens, roads, building interiors, walkways, lifts, generators and reception area; as well as providing pest control and 24hr manned security.
Our Maintenance Team are then on hand to replace any broken, damaged or expired fixture, fittings and equipment to the communal spaces with their hands on services already included in the Maintenance Fee. The replacement parts or items will then be paid for by a communal Sinking Fund account that all owners pay into and top up annually based on reported expenditure.
In addition, for a small service fee, we will be on hand to assist with any maintenance jobs within your Condo unit, such as changing light bulbs, hanging pictures and any other tasks that you need help with.
